I'm a designer, entrepreneur and proud gymnastics mom who believes sports can shape girls into strong, confident leaders. Through FuelHer, I help create experiences, opportinties and resources that support female athletes beyond competition; focusing on confidence recovery, leadership, mindset and performance.
My passion is helping girls realize they don't have to be perfect to be powerful. Every athlete deserves a community that supports their dreams.

As a former collegiate athlete, entrepreneur and mental perfomace coach, Tim brings a unique perspective to FuelHer's mission. Having experienced firsthand the demands of competitive sports, he understands that success isnt built on training alone; its built through confidence, resilience, discipline, recovery and mindset.
At FuelHer, Tim leads operations, partnerships and strategic growth while helping shape programs that support athletes beyond physical performace. His passion lies in helping athletes develop the mental skills needed to navigate pressure, overcome setbacks and perform with confidence both in sports and life.
Joel Shepherd

Joel is a seasoned law enforcement, intelligence and operations professional with more than 31 years of distinguished service across the Department of Justice and Department of Defense. He oversees operational planning, personnel management and the sustainment of specialized technological equipment. Throughout his federal career, he has managed multiple national-level programs. Prior to his leadership roles, he served as an ATF Special Agent, U.S. Border Patrol Agent and a Staff Sergeant in the U.S, Army's 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne). He brings a unique combonation of tactical, investigative and leadership experience. Joel is recognized for his commitment to public service, operational excellence and interagency collaboration. His current love of sports and willingness to help athletes inspired him to join Cicero Sports Group and the FuelHer team.

Thats why we create opportinties for girls to learn, grow, connect and be inspired by women who have forged their own paths through sports. Through experiences, education, community and access to resources, we support the whole athlete- not just performance. Our goal is simple: help more girls stay in sports, believe in themselves and discover what's possible when they are fully supoorted. Because when girls are fueld, they don't just play the game- they change it.
